Built for Established DJ Multi-Ops
LeadExcess responds to new inquiries in minutes, handles the back-and-forth when leads reply, and books the consultation when the lead is ready. No team can respond to every conversation within minutes, around the clock. Now yours doesn’t have to.
The Conversion Gap
A fast first response only starts the conversation. The real work begins when the lead replies, and someone on your team has to see it, respond, and keep the conversation moving.

Lead Replies
Now It’s Back on Your Team
They have to see the reply, find time to respond, and keep the conversation moving.
The conversation is active. Every delay gives the lead more time to move on.

How It Works
From the first inquiry to the booked consultation, LeadExcess uses your pricing, availability, and business information to answer questions, follow up when needed, and keep the conversation moving.
Most Conversations
Happen Over Text
That’s where leads actually reply. Email still plays a role, but the real back-and-forth, the questions, the scheduling, the quick yes, happen by text, so that’s where LeadExcess lives.
Built for Real Conversations
LeadExcess responds to what the lead actually said. Sometimes that means booking the consultation. Sometimes it means stepping aside.
Shaped by tens of thousands of real lead conversations across established multi-ops.
Why it matters
And those are only a few examples. LeadExcess can also recognize planner inquiries, conversation handoffs, and leads who need help today instead of scheduling a consultation later.
Featured Client Results
A skeptic, a fast start, and a company a full year in. Three operators you may already know, sharing what actually changed.
Jason Jani SCE Event Group
Jason was skeptical about putting AI in front of his leads. A month and 360 leads later, this is what he tells people now.
Nate Acosta DNA Events
Those 25 calls had already turned into five signed contracts. Nate says there was no way his team could match that level of follow-up manually.
Joe Bunn Bunn DJ Company
A full year in, Bunn DJ Company’s numbers were up about 15%. Joe credits a good amount of that growth to how leads were being handled.

Why We Use These Scenarios
LeadExcess clients consistently report booking more consultations after launching. These scenarios show what it could look like if an additional 10%, 15%, or 20% of your leads booked a consultation instead of going cold.
If an Additional 10% of Your Leads Booked a Consultation
9.7x First-Year Cost of LeadExcess
If an Additional 15% of Your Leads Booked a Consultation
14.5x First-Year Cost of LeadExcess
If an Additional 20% of Your Leads Booked a Consultation
19.3x First-Year Cost of LeadExcess
Multiples compare potential booked revenue to the $6,461 first-year cost of the monthly plan.
These estimates are based on the numbers you enter and are not guaranteed results. Actual results will vary.

Ongoing Support and Guidance
Once you’re live, we’re still here. If something needs attention or you want to make a change, you have people who already know your setup and can help.
A year after adding LeadExcess, Willie says it had leveled up his sales team. Just as important, the support didn’t stop after launch. Craig stayed involved to help his team get the most out of the system.

New market, new team, new pricing. You can talk through what’s changing, what makes sense, and how LeadExcess should adjust with it.
We’ve seen the same challenges play out across established multi-ops for years. We know what tends to work, what creates problems, and what to try next.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions established multi-op owners usually ask before getting started.
Yes. On new accounts, our standard setup discloses that they’re talking with an AI assistant at the start of the conversation. The goal is never to pretend otherwise. What leads consistently comment on isn’t who’s answering. It’s how fast they got a real answer.
No. LeadExcess handles the conversation between inquiry and booked consultation. Everything after that stays in the system you already use. Once a consultation is booked, the lead’s information goes into your CRM, and your contracts, planning forms, DJ scheduling, and fulfillment continue working the way they do now.
Yes. LeadExcess includes the scheduling system your leads use to book consultations, so you won’t need Calendly for that part of the process. Like Calendly, it connects to the calendar you already use, so availability stays accurate. And when a lead books through LeadExcess, the system sees the appointment and stops any follow-up that’s no longer needed. Using an outside scheduling tool would prevent that part of the automation from working properly.
SMS, email, and social messaging channels like Instagram and Facebook. You choose which channels fit how your business communicates. We see the strongest conversion through SMS, so that’s where most lead conversations happen.
Not much on your end. You’ll complete a short questionnaire with the information we need to build your account, then follow a few simple steps to connect things like your calendar. We build everything else for you. Most clients spend less than two hours total getting us what we need, and everything is usually up and running within 10 to 14 days. Timing can vary depending on how quickly we receive your information and the required approval for business texting. Once you’re live, most of the day-to-day lead follow-up is automated. Your team mainly needs to oversee the AI assistant like you would any other team member and show up to the consultations it books.
Yes, you could build pieces of it with AI tools, automations, and a CRM. The hard part isn’t connecting the tools. It’s knowing what to say when a lead goes quiet, when to follow up and when to stop, when to hand a conversation to a person, and how wedding leads actually behave at each step. That’s what we’ve spent years refining, and it’s the difference between a bot that responds and a system that books consultations.
We also build it for you, maintain it, and keep improving it as things change. So the real question usually isn’t whether you could build it. It’s whether you want to spend the time building, testing, and refining it yourself to get the results you’re after.
Communication credits cover what it costs to send texts, emails, and calls through LeadExcess. Your plan includes $50 in credits each month, which covers typical usage for most companies. If you use more, additional credits are billed at the same rates, and you can see your usage in your dashboard anytime.
Yes. Each brand runs as its own account, with its own conversations, calendar, and setup, so nothing gets crossed between them. Your first account is at the standard rate, and each additional account is discounted. If you run multiple brands or markets, we’ll talk through the right setup on your call.
Yes, at any point. If you start on annual, the plan runs through your annual billing date, and you can move to monthly after that.
You can cancel at any time. Your account stays active through the end of your current paid billing period, and you won’t be charged again after that. Payments already made are non-refundable. Before your account closes, you’ll want to export or back up any data you want to keep.
You’re already generating the inquiries. The call covers what happens after they come in, what your numbers could look like, and whether this fits. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you.
